I just found this petition on the internet about the fur trade in china where they skin animals alive. As an avid animal lover this freaked me out. WARNING THE VIDEO ON THIS SITE IS HORRIFIC SO I DON"T RECOMMEND WATCHING IT!!!!! Please sign to help stop this www.animalsaviors.org/petition.html |

Thanks for the Karma Flash7. I can't get the images out of my mind It is no less than torture and murder of the worst kind and I really want to pass the message on to as many people as possible to sign the petition. This just cannot be allowed to continue.
DO YOU THINK WE COULD KEEP THIS THREAD AT THE TOP UNTIL EVERYONE HAS READ IT AND HAS SIGNED?
MODS??? what do you think?
Also I am Crap with the computer, but perhaps we could all post a link to every other horsey or none horsey site we visit, to really get the word around.

Good idea popsicle. I've signed the petition now and so has my OH and will send it to everyone I know. The pictures on the site were dreadful. I couldn't bring myself to watch the video especially after the effect it had on popsicle. Are those people human?   |

ive emailed to one of my friends in usa who is a well known animal rights campaigner he said he is gonna post it on his web page and has sent out a mass email to all 11,000 of his supporters

Thats great Kateflashy. Lets keep posting on this issue to keep this thread at the top of the list. We can't just let this be just another sob story that will be forgotten about tomorrow. I WOULD URGE YOU ALL TO BOYCOTT ALL CHINESE MADE GOODS until this barbaric practice is stopped. I really can't find words strong enough to describe how absolutely sick to my stomach i am over this. I am now pleased I watched some of the video as the stills and descriptions, horrific as they are, really don't have the power that the video has. I challenge anyone who has watched it to be able to just go away and forget about it. The sight of that skinned alive racoon, looking into the camera with those pain filled eyes will haunt me forever.

I have everything crossed. I'd heard about it ages ago and I was messing around on google looking at horse bits and that's when I found the petition....just felt I had to post it on here. I know the video is horrific but it certainly makes you think. Oh every time I think of it I sudder.

OMG i maanged to watch part of video but started crying at my desk. Why oh why do people treat animals in this way. I cant get the image of the sad frightened eyes of the dogs from my mind. I have signed the petition. Sorry off to loos to wipe eyes
