My good little horse put his nose on his chest into driving rain and took me politely and calmly for our first solo hack for weeks. Only allowed to walk and only for half an hour to start with but so pleased with him. On to my next question, what would I do without you all? It's going to be hard keeping it interesting. Already did a little leg yielding (good boy) and shoulder in just a few steps. All suggestions gratefully received including songs to sing! ;D

Pete is a star. I tend to sing 'You are my Sunshine' - normally when it is blowing a gale and pouring with rain.

I'm afraid I have no suggestion for keeping things interesting as Faith usually does that for me , but as for songs: we have loads!!! Depends on the mood, the weather, what we're doing...our favourite is that one from Armageddon (Aerosmith - Don't wanna miss a thing) for when she's a bit nervy and makes me anxious because as soon as I start singing it Faith changes her pace and calms right down . Some of our other favourites include Backstreet Boys (yay!), Westlife, various other sing-a-long songs (sometimes going as far as singing things from disney films ), and just last night we had some random beat-boxing tunes on my OH's phone to which Faith seems to have taken a particular fancy!!! Made her all forward going and energetic! Who would have guessed that music could have such an effect?!?! Well done to Mr Pete for being such a superstar. Of course, he's always a superstar so I'm not really all that suprised to hear he was fabulous, but still, YAY!!! Hope you guys get to have loads more hacks (ideally not in the driving rain though!!!).
