Any one had any bad luck today? My OH had the front of his car taken out by an artic lorry this morning! I however have had a good day, rode both ponies and they were very good, even got to leave off work early.

i went shopping earlier and nothing bad happened apart from i soaked in the rain! quite a good day really ;D

Mine was a good 'un...infact, the best day in quite a while actually! I had a half decent exam (2 of, which were ok because they didn't have any 'OMG what the hell?' questions in them, which was obviously a good thing), I've had fun running around all day, I've got Faiths new boots, I played at XC on the way home from college (yes I know I'm 18 and I wasn't on a horse, but running about, grinning, and jumping over/in puddles is fun! Trust me, I'm an expert at it!  ) AND I fell asleep earlier only to be woken up by my dad, who had just walked in with a carrier bag full of chocolate! All in all, a pretty good friday the 13th if you ask me  |

Yeah, actually I forgot it was the dreaded day! Mine was pretty good too, nothing bad or embarrassing happened, thank god! haha

it was bad for me
left for work on time and drove 300 yards down the rode to find i had a flat tyre
so i drove home and rang my mum to pick me up - which she did
while i was waiting for my mum i rang my boss to let him know id be late and my phone cuts out and dies half way through the convo
then i ask to leave early to get the bank which my boss was fine with as i needed to pay some money in and got there 5 mins too late
and last friday i spent my night in A&E due to being kicked in the elbow by a horse in the field
so yes it was friday the 13th for me for both fridays

I forgot it was the 13th also despite the big calander in my office. Wasn't a good day but no worse than any in the past 3 weeks so I'm not superstitious anyway

Big hugs, Flash  Here in Provence people believe Friday 13th is a lucky day! Was good for me: having brought all the nags in to their boxes the nightbefore due to a huge Mistral wind, I felt duty bound to give a hand mucking out but got though it in record time but ducked out of exercising one of the club horses afterwards (house guests again...) Went out with my chums for a 'trotting' in the afternoon and Paco was great, really striding out. Went up a long long hill and he put his head down and really went to work and was very pleased when the mad mare got up to her antics but the lad was as zen as usual with all sorts of tractors/lorries etc. Later took the teenager to her voltige lesson (vaulting) and she didn't fall off once but looked really good doing handstands and standing up on Gospel - the kids' display is next week .... And I had a laugh with team dishing out buckets of carrots to the GGs. Icing on the cake was the OH went off to watch the footie with a neighbour so the snarlers and I ate pizza in bed, watching a cr*ppy film. BLISS. |

MY luck was shocking I work at a Radiology (Medical Secretary) I Prepped a patient for a pelvic ultrasound in which she had time off work for, Except:o I put her on Monday's list instead of 2pm that day, well she came in and we had to do her, thank god I didn't get in trouble poor Lady.
That was about it thank god ;D
