Rode in the Dressage League at new RS in January and February. Haven't been having regular lessons there as have been just doing whatever i've fancied lol! Reports as below, they arent that exciting lol
In Week 1, I rode the most reliable riding school cob you could ever have only for him to take the complete hand out of me and pretend to be scared of the markers and kept shying away from the track - he was fine in walk and canter but found it funny to be a tit in trot strangely, I got the best percentage that week!
No pics as nobody to come with me.
In Week 2, I rode a black cob and was feeling quite confident - nearly got bucked off though in the warm up - first time i asked for canter he did a bit of a skip but i rode on and then the second time i ended up on his neck! It was quite funny though because he stopped dead as soon as i came out of the saddle - still looking after me even when being silly - what a dude ;D Anyway, cantered on and give him a good canter round to get any more bucking out of him but not a peep after that lol!
However, i let myself down as i forgot the test and cantered in the wrong end of the arena - was raging with myself! Dont think I got a great mark that week.

In Week 3, I rode a very smart young skewbald cob, was a bit fresh in the warm up but only to be expected being clipped out and riding outdoors! Anyway, i dont know how many times i went over that test, i was making sure i didnt forget it this time! Was quite nervous this week and think it impacted a lot on my test as it was a bit tense and so didnt get very good marks.
However, name was called out last in the prizegiving and just felt like utter crap, just useless.
Anyway, my excuse is really that i havent ridden those horses in months lol! Still it was all experience
