Anyway fingers crossed as I want to get through to 2nd round trailblasers so need 58% at least!!

Well the big chap was not impressed and wasn't on his best behaviour but thankfully managed 65.7% all 6's and 7's the judge was a list 4 BD judge and made some nice comments such as "a lovely willing horse and promising partnership" also "quietly and carefully ridden" so really really pleased with that. To improved she said we need to get him more supple through the back to get the bigger swinging strides which I have been working on loads at home so a little dissapointed. I really need to learn to put him in the stable before we go somewhere though as this is the only place he will wee and when I got home he was crossing his legs so this may go to explain a little as to why he was a bit naughty and not swinging!!! So sorry Noble. Next is an elementary at the end of March (why oh why do I do this to myself) Thanks for reading chaps. Xxx

I can sympathise with the peeing issue - Brave will only pee on grass and even prefers that to peeing in his stable. The yard where I go for most of my competitions doesn't even have a verge outside it... and if he needs to go he simply holds it and as you say doesn't swing through as he is too busy crossing his legs
