Trav took dislike to one thing last year, round bales on the field, and during an inhand walk threw all his toys out of the pram even doing mini rears. Well this year hay has all been baled and took him up there and he was great Didn't bat an eyelid and even nibbled a couple. We might make a farm boy out of the towny pony yet. The fact that he had been stuffing his face on them all winter may have helped I think before it was like war time city children not knowing that milk came from a cow. Hay magically came out of the hay store in a haynet and that was that. Although he was one up on Fire who it took about 6 yrs before he was ok with bales

Eddie was spooking at all the big bales in a field by the road the other day! Despite the fact the field next to hers is full of them!

when I was a kid me and my friend used to race each other through the bales bareback to see who would go out the side door first as they were dodged!! Usually me as Willow didnt like them much either!!!
