I know it shouldn't be news but I do get worried about going out on our own. Haven't done it since May! Bad, I know. Anyway took my scrummy boy along the railway line for a stroll today and it was great ;D. Two little canters and one big smile, I love that horse. ;D

Well done Sol! And Fi is right - our boundaries do shrink if we don't keep shoving them back. I am constantly battling against silly fears. You can't know just how scared I was taking P out on our own again for the first time after he'd reared and dumped me during our spring rando. He was all tense and silly and at one point I got off and walked. But now it's just routine again! So keep persevering, soon you'll be totally blasé ;D
