Hello,

My name's Ellen. Not sure what to say about myself, i'm into natural horsemanship but don't follow parelli or anything like that. I have 2 horses. Gaia is a 5 year old bay French Trotter, who is pretty much retired now (we may still get the chance to do some short hacks, hanging in the balance at the moment). She had a rough start in life harness racing in France and has arthritis in her hocks. She's my perfect girly and my vet's done a great job keeping her ridden for a little while.

My other mare is a welsh section D, 9 year old dark bay called Pride. I've had her nearly a year... wasn't looking for another horse but i was bringing her back into work for my yard owner (she had a few foals) to sell, and kinda fell in love! She's my little angel.

I work with other horses, backing etc for people and do some work for my yard owner. I get a bit attached though and had a few lately that have been hard to say goodbye to!

Welcome back, I remember gorgeous Gaia too from the trotter website. Sorry to hear she is having problems. I love your pics and Pride looks like a lot of fun. I think how lovely and calm you are with your horses is a lesson to us all. They certainly trust you!
