Just gotta tell you about some stuff I am using for Willow...I know i may be starting to sound like I get commission from Natural Horse Supplies but I have been waiting for the vet to come out to see Harry and was going to ask her to prescribe Willow some more ventepulin (for his COPD as he has bee RASPING - not just a cough but proper heaving breathing) it was the same last year at this time due to dust and pollen I guess and i had to get Vedntiplulen from vet £60 a tub . Thought Id grab some Herbal Breathe from Nat horse Supps (£10) and in TWO WEEKS he is breathing normally - not even Ventepulin did that. I could not be more amazed - I thought it would just ease it a bit at best while I waited for the vet and I simply cannot belive the difference. I did make it into an infusion and its is blinkin strong smelling but he seems to love it Not saying it would work on everything (and could be a coincidnec although his breathing hasnt been so clear in years) but defo worth a try if you have a COPD/cough. Told the vet about it today and she's taken the label off to recommend some to an owner where ventepulin isnt working much she was so impressed with Willow...

Thats great Ceej, I'll have to remember that if little Harvey gets bad again - when we got him his breathing was heavy just standing, and walking up the hill had him huffing and puffing and coughing. *touch wood* he's doing so much better now - soaked hay, weight loss and living outdoors I think have all helped. So much so the other day I was having a play with him and we were running and cantering round his paddock and he didn't cough once or wheeze. Was really chuffed.

I LOVE Natural Horse Supplies. After your recommendation over a year ago re:raw devil's claw root as opposed to using the pre-mixed solutions (e.g no-bute), they are who we use. I was seriously impressed by the speed Faith changed from being stiff but sound to loose and free and bouncy again! She gets stiff due to her bone spavin and on No Bute she was still a bit stiff but seemed pain-free, whereas on a devil's claw root infusion she is loose, pain free, bouncy and it's as if she's not got dodgy hocks! Seriously impressed with that stuff. Also very impressed with how fast they deliver. I swear I order it one night and it's on my doorstep the following day!!! Fantastic service, brilliant products. LOVE THEM. Great to hear about Willow feeling better . I am frequently tempted by all the stuff Nat. Horse Sup. sell as they all sound very useful...
