Havent heard of blue chip jlf either but then have been out of the way of ownership for a while. Have tried a few supplements - most of them were complete rubbish tbh. One was teeburb which stank (for sweetitch) and was useless; cant remember cortaflex making much difference; had a horse first calmer which didnt work (but think that was just the pony lol!).
However, i can say that linseed was excellent (we had a pony on trial who had it and he was super shiny) and also Propell Plus (B vitamins) - an absolute lifesaver, got my pony eating.

None of mine have anything. I was giving Harvey Ventilate to see if it helped his COPD but it didn't really do anything (tried it for 3 months) Also tried Ed on a joint suplpement as a preventative but she wouldn't touch her feed!

not used blue chip but I found that Equilibra really helped build muscle on my young horses. same thing but they deliver it to your door! www.gwfnutrition.com/prod_equilibra500/made by the people who started Blue chip then they fell out and went seperate ways.

I give my horse Equestro, Flexadin for Arthritis - seems to be working but I haven't been riding re: pregnancy / post natal issues so it will be interesting to see how he manages when I get back in the saddle.
