Having read through the side effects of my new antibiotics (third set in a year woop). They have the usual nausea,
vomiting,
Diarohhea (sp)
and a Black Hairy tongue!!
Can tell you for a fact I am not going to college or work if my tongue gets black and hairy.

My mum has been checking my tongue, touch wood it hasn't gone black yet, would love to explain that away  Zara they are Phenoxymethylpenicillin 250mg, they are horrible but do seem to be working. |

Yuck! A hairy tongue would be bad enough, but for it to be black and hairy is just too much!!! Hope you don't get that (but if you do, I kind of want to see  ) |

Amazing side effect but like Spotti I would be interested to see it in a way. (Not on myself of course or on you BD )
Im just fascinated how an anti biotic change make your tongue black and hairy??

Have to admit I was a little disappointed in the photo. I was expecting something way hairier and blacker but interesting explanation of why it happens.
