yipee!!! I ve lost another 2.5lbs and was slimmer of the week for the second week running so I've lost a total of 9lbs in 4 weeks!! Nothing like the terror of having to expose ones body on holiday to motivate one's self. Will have to have a few drinks for dutch courage first !!!
