Do you need to put gamgee or pads under these? I was always taught to put pads under bandages to prevent pressure points but am thinking this is probably for tighter bangdages like exercise type? Just curious as before the dressage I was going to bandage Ed after chalking her legs and I started one with a pad but it made the whole thing so chunky I didn't think she'd be able to lay down properly! So I didn't bother with the bandages!!

As long as you dont wrap the bandages too tight then i dknt see the problem with not usint gamgee or pads. Sorry for typos - i am using the ipod as laptop doesnt want tk play games

I have but fleece bandages on 2 occasions without gamgee and neither had any ill effects. But was only over night cause had a show the next day. So not all the time. So dont see it being a problem
