I am pretty sure some of you Scatty? have used with success Allen and Paige calm and condition. I have just bought a bag forPete 'cos I need to mix his supplement into something. I am stupid though 'cos I thought it was a mix and its pellet that you have to mix with water. I am hoping to use it without chaff, thoughts please?

I just bought a bag too, and didn't realise you had to mix with water but have to say have been mixing it with warm water and Deb's sure likes it, I mix it in with her chaff and lo-cal, just introduce it slowly..

its because it has sugarbeet in it, not sure bout calm and condition but dont buy ride and relax cause the first main ingredient in it is straw! so its just an expernsive bag of straw.

Sol I used C&C and with P but it gave him the runs! I do however use A&P Fast Fibre now for all of ours which is the same type of pellets which you soak. For Ed I mix it with some Hi Fi Lite, but Myric gets it just on it's own and its fine. I find that it's better if you can soak it for longer than the directions as it then goes a bit firmer. It seems to take longer in winter when it's cold. I currently put mine in soak in the morning and by the evening its fully disolved but firm enough Myrics not just eating a bowl of water mush.

Mattie had C&C and it actually helped him quite a lot behaviour wise. He was already in fairly decent condition. I just made it in the morning and it was ready to eat by dinner time. He really liked it but he was an odd horse and liked all things mushy :\

I really rate them all! Willow has C&C when he needs a bit extra and I dont really mix it with chaff as he's old and can slurp it down!! Harry only gets Fast Fibre in the winter and mollichaff hoofkind since his lami (and plenty salt lick and general supplement)
