Was he the one who sang Mad World? He was a bit scary looking. Good singer though. See I just don't thonk Marys got the 'X' Factor. Yes she can sing but she's a bit cruiseship.

yeah.
would agree with you about mary but still think shes a good singer - i think the standard has been falling in the x factor over recent years - they used to be very hard to compare vocal wise but now even the good ones arent that good...

Good grief Flea- the standard is fantastic compared to what it was. At least now people can actually sing! I love the X factor but feel terribly sorry for the ones that get their hopes dashed. I think the painter guy is great but really liked the edgy Aiden- his act is really current! Mary is fab but really cruise ship darling!!!!! Mind you she will earn a pretty penny doing that so good luck to her!

Not sure who I am backing to win but think those that got booted off were the correct ones to go, next to go will be Katie and Wagner, and Diva Fever.

Well I like katie and also john but doubt either will get very far what with the hate campaign and the fact john's just so nice and sadly forgettable. I also like Diva fever just for the fun factor and belleamy (sp) were also pretty good.
I was seriously disturbed by aidens performance. Vocally it was amazing but visually very very disturbing... I think he is autistic or has autistic tendancies anyhow (no eye contact ever and the way he holds himself etc - something not quite right there) so to give him that to sing and in a straight jacket looking outfit it kinda freaked me out, it was just wrong.
I really want the little tramp out next. And I can't believe wagner was ever there in first place! Otherwise I was quite happy with the two that went so far.

Haffy the guy who wrote and sings the origanal mad world is Autistic and it is about how he see's the world. I think as it was Atisum awarness week last week thats why he did the song the way he did it.

I think that x factor has gone too pantomine! The press just go to town on it. Katie is the big bad wolf, Painter decorate is obivously buttons...Gamu is/was cinderella (although def right decission to bring Treyc back as she was much better singer) and I think louie and Wanger would make excellent pantomine dames, with Danni or Simon having the dubious honour of wicked queen.
I really like Matt and the Liverpool lady, I think she will win.

I can't stick that liverpool girl she bores me to i dunnoe but something stronger than tears! And if she really has no confidence she'd have never managed the auditions...
I still like Katie best, Matt's and Aiden are okay but that horrible little tramp really has to go and soon imo

I have not watched any this year but you lot talking of wham has now made me sing "Wake me up before you go go" Damn you! lol
Does bring memories of dancing to it on stage last friday though and I wasn't even that drunk! One the dancing competition though! Don't mess with me and the cha cha slide!

It is total cr*p!!  But irresistible cr*p!!! I watch a bit of it but then turn over for Pillars of the Earth, this week I saw Matt the Marvel singing First time ever I saw etc and he was amazing, impossible to beat for my money..............so turning over was easy, no one was going to do better than him.. And I catch up on the elimination prog on Sunday but this week was a farce. Katie is a scarecrow who can't even remember her words never mind sing them. Can't stand her...  she is mad... And Wagner??? Yuk...  Slimy greaseball who should be kicked out.  |
