My OH is a civil engineer working in the water industry. He tried to do a search for water pumps (pretty standard in that area I think) but that was blocked by his company

don't think it was you TBH certain videos on youtube are banned for pornography including Rugrats and certain cartoons and music videos. It makes us wonder if the tech guys are bored during the day and just google random stuff
It is quite hilarious really seen as we are looking at freuds thoughts on psychosexual development which doesn't seem to be banned and wikiedia which IMO should be banned.
