Can anyone recommend some really stretchy jodhs, having put on a couple of inches around my middle, some of my jodhs are now uncomfortably tight. I don't really want to have to fork out a load of money for new jodhs for just a couple of months and wondered if anyone knew of any brands that are more stretchy than normal.
The most stretchy ones I found were from Aldi and I joked after I tried them on for the first time that I would be able to get 2 of me in them never dreaming that I actually would need to. But like everything in Aldi they seem to appear for a week and then disappear forever so no chance of getting more.
Any ideas?

Dublin ones are usually very stretchy I think as are the Mountain Horse breeches I bought a while back.

what about trying to ride in jogging bottoms (the cottony stretchy ones?) might rub and pinch tho but would be a hell of a lot cheaper and would do for riding about home.

Decathlon do some pull-on ones that are very stretchy around the waist. I like them as I am allergic to base metal (darling, I only wear platinum ) so clasps and rivets around the waist are agony. The Decathlon ones are very comfy but I need a belt to keep them up (even with my jelly belly ) so they might be just the job for an expanding middle. ;D

Sorry can't see them - must have been an end of line hence price. What about leggings - I'm sure Priarmani have something for you

Urgh, jeggings! Don't go there...please. I hate the things. Suppose they might be ok to ride in, but make sure you get the thicker ones that are actually part-denim (not the ones that are practically tights with denim-pattern printed on them) otherwise when you bend they turn see-through!!! As for jodhs, I have some decathlon ones that are quite good, although they do fall down if not held up properly...but 'the bump' might be able to do the holding for you? And like Haffy, Robinsons own stretchy things are quite good, but I think mine were in a sale too .

Not sure if they'll be stretchy or not, but Derbyhouse have currently got some sort of deal (BOGOF or such like) on breeches and jodhs...

I have some Decathalon jods which have proven very comfy and they're cheap! My friend has some Equitech (?) jods which have an elastic waist and are v comfy and last night i rode in a pair of Primark jeggings which cost £4 and they were remarkably pleasant to ride in! Good luck Zx
