Judi Thurloe at thirsk is great for hunting and hacking types, really reliable and very friendly.

I've read good reviews on another forum about Judi Thurloe. She has a web site with some nice looking horses on it.

The best place to ask about dealers is on the Horse & Hound Forum, there are always posts on there about them. I can give you the number of my riding school as she has some nice homebred cobs for sale and is closer to you than Coventry.

Vetting was fantastic. Vet said he would have liked to buy him. Although he's only 4 not 5. But he is so quiet gentel and mature that you would think he was nearer 15. So am taking delivery on monday. He is just a grannie and granddaughter share for hacking. She's 8 and lead rein. He's hogged at the moment that i really don't like but will grow out and i'm not sure about the name sebastian. its such a mouthful, googleing irish names.

is it not bad luck to change a horses name?
you could keep it and shorten it and then just make up a fancy one if you take him out anywhere.

Well done! You could always call him Seb or Sebby??

looked at irish names. oran means pale skinned or shay means stately one. he's a big softy so i thought edward, that can be shortened to ted as in teddy edward. My husband says donkey 2 as apposed to oliver who is donkey 1.
