Went for hack yest out with me 2 mates from the yard and rosie was a good girl! Finally learning bout brakes! She has such a sensitive seat that when u sit she stops, untill at junctions sometimes shes like nah and carry's on but getting better.
Hack started out fine and ended fine just a little mishap in the middle! Firstly D was holding the gate open for me cause rosie cant do gates yet, I can get her up to them now whereas before she wouldnt and no matter how much i kicked she wouldnt budge! But she doesnt seem to like the gate squeeking. And the gate slipped from d's hands and rosie saw the gap and went for it as the gate was closeing! it happend so fast i couldnt stop her.
The one side of it hit my leg and luckly not my bad knee again (she likes doing that) And the gate bounced of her bum (well so i was told i dont knw where the gate went lol) Then we came to the second gate and we danced around trying to see if we could do it and then she ended up standing on what i thought was a broken bolt (i dont really knw what it was wish i had kept it) Right in the groove next to her frog so was lucky, Took a good tug at it to get it out but she was so good.
Walked, trotted on it fine after, so went for a canter (cause it was a really nice long field) And we went in front! We started of on a nice canter and then troy was coming close so i had to boot her on a bit and even better at the end we stopped whee
So i have such a good girl, and we are both getting there, Just wanting to have some lessons now. I keep forgetting to post cause we went to a big indoor school the other week and she was superstar then too she does trotting poles really nice have to ask d if she would film her.
Anyway beofre this gets super long have some cookies
