well she has been playing up a little bit on the lunge so i went to see her but i didnt get round to lunging as i was asked if i wanted to go on a short hack with someone who was borrowing jojo (blossoms loaners other horse) so i thought i might as well.
2 1/2 hours later, one knackered injured rider and one absolutely knackered sweating pony rolled back into the yard about ten mins after the otheres got back.
all bloss did was jog and bolt off in trot for th first hour and then when we went throuhg the forest we quit the jogging and just kept trying to bolt in trot before ramming me into trees. i now have a sore hip and a really stiff ankle from one tree incident where i didnt catch onto the plan quick enough and a bruise from the arm of my spur just below my ankle bone from another of blossoms attempts at removing my leg. whilst she was obviously feeling well in herself she is rather stiff today because she refused to beleive that mother is always right when it comes to what arthritic ponies are allowed to do - nb, this does not include jumping twigs on the ground and clearing them with a good 2 foot to spare.
all in all a brilliant ride though!!!!! really impressed that she managed it though!!!!! i thought we would get to the point where we would have to turn back tbh.
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Jen I do admire your positivity even after a dodgy ride!!! There I would be moaning about bruises etc and you just take it all in your stride. I need a little of Jen the nutter to rub off on me ;D

yes fi, she loves her new lifestyle - expensive paddock ornament with the odd ride where you get to try and kill mum, what could be better lol!!!!
and DB you will get to the point where murphy can throw anything at you and you will just laugh at him but it takes time and trust to get there, pretty much any other horse and i would have cacked me pants!!!!!!!
