I am lusting after proper riding boots. If I am ever to do a dressage test on the delectable Mr Pete, I have to have some. So I am off to try some on tomorrow. I have tried the Ariat Bromonts on, too tight. Want to try Mountain horse sportif think they might be the thing. Also some called Pelier? anyone ever had them? OH is paying haven't told him it might be £200! Not spending more than that, can't justify it really.

Lucky you!
Lots of people love Mountain Horse but I find them too big and baggy.

i do like the ariat bromont but they are so narrow fitting (as are all ariat boots) !! sickening as i love ariat boots. but can never wear them unless i get a bone graft or something god forbid. its not even the bloody fat (haha) its my bones lol! I am lusting over some lovely riding boots like the ones you mention too but unfortunately my budget is not going to stretch to 200 notes! Specially as im hoping to buy a new BP and new riding clothes too ;D
