We managed to get out most days on the run up to christmas, christmas day included, whether there was snow or no snow, but then it iced over and we didn't get out til new years eve. And then, just typically, Faith slipped on a huge ice sheet and did a rather impressive impression of bambi (all legs in different directions!) and has hurt herself and we're now awaiting the physio...who in turn is waiting for the snow to leave! We still managed a short in-hand wander round the block on new years day though so I'm not too bothered tbh. I have to admit that even though I HATE schooling with a passion, the indoor school has been a god send (atleast it is when we can get in it!) so George has still been ridden/exercised and both me and my sis have managed a few riding sessions on him while the snow is slowly driving everyone else in sane... I'm guessing I'm not the only one who is praying for the snow to go so we can go out hacking again...

I've ridden twice since I came back from hols 4 weeks ago! We just have far too much snow and ice to make even riding in the school safe. I'm starting to think that AJ will be ringing the RSPCA when he next sees his saddle and cry abuse! He is starting to make a very good stable ornament Zx

I know Jane!!! I can see mine from my kitchen window and apart from changing rug colour from time to time, they seem to just be ornaments - rather large garden gnomes.

I feel a bit sorry for the RS. I haven't had a lesson for over a month, (part due to holidays and then part snow) the RS Where Jim went They had to cancel thier xmas activities...(Think 50 very dissapointed children). Theres no money coming in for them and they still have bills going out.
