Dont worry - This will be the default - members woudl have to actively chose to go garish! Mind you I had a go to make a skin and failed so I am not sure its possible at all!!!

For those (like me and Racaille) who like simple - dont forget you can chose not to see signatures at the bottom of each members posts if its a bit heavy on the eye!
