I was having a nice relaxed hack in the woods yesterday, when instead of walking over a tiny ditch, Peter thought it best to jump it! I was not expecting this as I hadn't asked him to jump so as I pulled his teeth out trying to hang on he thought that would be a good time to buck! Cheeky monkey! I managed to stay on, but just as you start to build a bit of confidence, back they come at you don't they? It is windy today so not sure what this afternoon's ride will be like! Will let you know.

Thanks for kind words. On yesterday's hack he put his head down to do it again, but I was ready for him and he was a good boy. Today, yesterday's hack was two hours as was today's, he didn't have the energy! We had a lovely canter tho' which was a fabulous end to the weekend for me. I love that horse so much. I know he was tired tonight but he has the day off tomorrow to recover. He is the best!!!!
