What sort of prices do people charge for exercising horses? It'll just be hacking & possibly ride & lead. The horse in question isn't a particularly easy horse to hack out and is prone to throwing uncontrollable wobblers that don't stop until he gets home.

i used to charge £10 an hour for riding out that included tacking up time as well

Yeah about 10 quid...but if there's a few bruises involved then I would probably charge more!

15 if its a bit dodgy! do you have to catch it tack up etc? if so more than that.

As above with well schooled horses or ones not likely to throw a wobbley prob about £20. If it's a so called 'problem horse' then make sure you have the experience to deal with it and help solve the problem before taking it on but would prob charge about £40 if facilities provided but have charged far more when horse's behaviour becomes more 'dangerous.'
If he doesn't listen when throwing a wobbley until home this could put you in a very problematic situation and maybe you should think about whether you want to hack him out straight away or corden off a field to school in for a few weeks and get some mutual respect and trust before you hack out...
