tonight i went to hole in wall with my cash card - it was spat out telling me to ring bank - i did !!! after 2 hours on hold and speaking to a very rude man who suggested i was pulling a fast one we got cut off. i rang back - only in queue an hour this time - i spoke to a lovely guy - his voice was yummy so that was a bonus - to find out my card as been cloned and used to withdraw £200 pound down south - i live in cheshire. all sorted ,card cancelled and claim form for fraud coming to me but guys watch your bank balances . btw i hope wat ever they bought with my money is thier last - bitter angry  ?? yes as i have no cash till new card comes so hey £4 for god knows how long  just watch your bank guys!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I know how you feel. My details were used on over £300 worht of internet goods. Thankfully it was stopped at that, as my salary went in just after that. Why not see if the bank can let you have some cash? My new card came quite quickly but then you have to wait another day or two for the pin number.
These people really are scum.

My OH got cloned and had £300 withdrawn in Australia! The bank were brilliant and credited it back within a couple of days. Baby I'm sure if you talk to the bank they might be able to sort something out.
Its just so easily done these days its scary. I have taken to checking my balance every few days over the phone.

That happened to me a week last sunday, I was riding in the middle of nowhere and OH rang to give me the banks fraud team number, they asked if I was booking national express coaches!!!! I said didn't need to co's I was on my horse.!!
Other money had been taken but I got it all sorted and I was very impressed that they sorted it one the day it happened. My card took three days to arrive and I kept my old pin number.

It happened to me a few months back. I got a call from the fraud dept at the bank - £950 for a car sound system in Malaysia  Got it all sorted within a few days tho so that was good. |

i have a grt friend - male mmmmm - who has given me money to get by - justso scary that ppl can do this - foul smelling poopye have bugger all and live hand to mouth every month (like most ppl) so why but forms and card here tomorow so i live for another day lol x

You need to scrape your fingernail across the slot the card goes into. Sometimes they put a bit of x-ray film across there. I don't know how it works, but it's easily missed and they watch from nearby and take it out when you've gone. Always cover the keypad when you put your pin number in. I usually shove my bag or purse over the top of my hand.
