A Truly Big Thank You

Many thanks to all of you for the wonderful gift which arrived this morning. It was totally unexpected and I just sat down and bawled Most undignified and not at all a pretty sight, but I couldn't believe that you'd thought about me and organised such a lovely surprise.

The oils and lotions will be put to good use, you can be sure. My skin is much like the cobottomr grades of sandpaper right now and needs all the help it can get!!

The cash will be for a new riding hat. Mine is getting bigger & wobblier by the day, as I feared it might, and it will soon be time to get a smaller one. I'll decorate it with silver bling and think of your kindness every time I put it on.

Travers says thank you for his treats, which are a reward for his new role as a therapy horse. The medics are not too keen that I carry on riding, but say they suppose gentle hacking is OK. Gentle hacking? Travers?? Don't go there

Back in hospital tomorrow for the second lot of chemo and taking your kind thoughts and generosity with me. You are wonderful people and I'm so grateful.
