I am serious!
I am having my garage re-roofed (finished this morning) and a hay store built and have had 3 builders here for the 3rd day. Looked out the window and they were all beavering away as I had my lunch, decided to nip to the loo (OK a lot of info but you need the context) and by the time I am out they have vanished van included.
Went out to see if my eyes were deceiving me, but they are all gone, tools and work belts dropped from where they were working bits of wood all over the place, electric tools still plugged in etc etc they have just gone.
I don't believe they have downed tools and left for the day as they are a company who build stables and are really concientious about cleaning up after themselves and don't leave any nails or stuff about that the horses could tread on.
So option 1. they have forgotten something and it takes all 3 of them to go and get it.
Option 2. One of them has had an accident and they are away to either the doctors or the hospital (if they are not back in the next hour I will phone their office)
Option 3. Aliens ride horses and need some stables built so have pinched my crew.

One minute he was alive and well and rather dapper, the next he has vanished from the face of the earth.
