My OH's parents hate me! Well his mum does anyway.
And shes not made a secret of it either.
I've been with my OH for over 20 months now!
It all started about a month ago when she wouldn't pick me from the yard (i wasn't bothered, I just refused to walk 3 miles in the hot sun after riding 2 horses with 4 days worth of stuff!)
but she really slagged me off, called me allsorts of names down th phone (rainbow heard and she was on the floor standing about 3 feet away! I was on mattie att, even he was worried!). I've since then refused to go over to their house. Mainly beause I was angry and I have a temper and would have said somethings which probably shouldn't be said!
Since then she's constantly having a go at my OH because he's helping me with my livery. I did ask him to help me out now and again, short of cash at the mo! His mum has issues with this because i apparently take all his money for my horse (I don't! promise). I made it clear to my OH if he didn't want to help he didn't have too, but he wants too so fair enough!
Shes now been saying he could find someone better, who didn't take his money and didn't take up all his time with my hobby!
She still thinks my hobby is a phaze (13 years later, one retrained ex racehorse, one cob re-schooled, one welsh x arab safely hacking out later etc etc)
Just don't know what to do. I'm not going to go over for a while, I don't want to talk to her, but its starting to get to me.
Just wish people would back off a bit. I've had the foul smelling poopytest year and I don't need anyone else making me feel like a bad person. There was no point to this post either!

- no big head intended) while his dad has made it perfectly clear that I'm part of "the clan" now and that he loves me too...it will be interesting to see just how things change as time goes on...
