It was in the pocket of my jeans and I chucked them in machine without checking pockets gahhhh realised pretty quickly but it got a minute or 2 in machine and looks a bit damp and wont turn on - do you think if I leave it in the radiator it will dry out?

Def worth a try, I've dropped phones in puddles that have been just fine after drying out.

It might work...if it won't turn on, try pressing and holding the top bit of the scrolly ring thing and the middle button at the same time and it SHOULD reset itself. You don't lose anything, it just gives it a kick up the butt and makes it work again (my i-pod frequently likes to play dead - I do tell him he's not a dog, but he likes to think otherwise ) Wasn't the i-pod quite a new addition to the family aswell?

Maxi it might be covered under your home insurance if you have accidential damage, depends on your excess tho if it's even worth claiming for.

My old phone went through the wash and didn't recover for weeks. But then one day it just started up again (yes typically after I'd bought a new one!
