What are you lovley lot having as your Main Easter Meal?
We just got back from Tesco's and OMG you would have thought it was christmas.........Packed right out!
We usually have a turkey but this year our eldest who is 17 decided she would like something different! So we ended up with DUCK lol mind you with 7 of us it ended up as 2 DUCKS!
So we are having Duck! Then I am MAKING Banoffee pie for pud washed down with a bottle of wine!!

Yeah, funny mum was saying that Tescos was bunged too! We dont really bother with an Easter meal actually - cant ever remember having one anyway!

OOOOOOO I love a Roast! We are sort of having a roast lol. My 17 yr old is cooking Duck a laronge' (sp) with all the veg's!
I did MAKE a huge Banoffee Pie though!!!ROll on 6.30pm when Ivan gets in I'm starving already!!

well we have just been to fraddon horse show and done the gymkanna,popped turkey in the oven before we went and now just eaten huge roast.bay.

We always had lamb and new potatoes and peas growing up. I was away this Easter Sunday and we had Roast Beef and roast potatoes and it was yum. Loads of wine and eggs too of course and tapas for the evening.
BUt I am not usually that well fed!

I made a huuuge curry lunch for some French friends - unusually, they love the stuff. Took me all Saturday to prepare - obviously you can't get proper curry down here so when I want one I have to do it from scratch.
