Oh and I have been invited to a Maggies cancer ball at the end of the month but I have no idea what to wear! how posh will it be? will boho maxi dress suit or should it be ballgowns and Tiaras? Its a masked ball so I have to wear a mask which is easy enough - gonna borrow the boys Power Ranger one  oh ok the chap who invited us has sent us some websites. Now I want olive green (suits my colouring) and has to be not strapless( my bangers need a good bra) and soething empire line to hide my big ass- I am a classic hourglass figure. can I find anything? NO!!  will have to spend a few lunch hours in the shops. and my head hurts and my chest is sore so think I am getting the cold the rest of the family have  why cant it be fancy dress and I could wear the whole power rangers outfit!! |

just go in the power rangers outfit and tell them you thought it was fancy dress - and dress the OH as a pink bunny.
Have you tried Debenhams they have some decent stuff in at the moment

When I went to the hunt ball peeps were in all sorts of dresses, from mahoosive frilly ball gowns to long slim dresses....so whatever you feel comfy in. (but not joddys)
