i bought this from ikea for the kitchen but it makes a amazing mounting block iv been using it for two weeks and it's strong Farley kicked it over and it with stood it i wouldn't use it if you very heavy as jumping on it to mount putt's more pressure on it. it's also relay good for turning up side down and carrying all your all your bit's and pieces back to the tack room. For £2.93 BARGAIN www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60118186comes in black, green and yellow

I got one of the wooden step stools from ikea for the same job. It cost peanuts and is portable. Yours looks good.

My mop from ikea gets used regularly to mop my stinky horse mats. Also my floor scrubbing brush for cleaning buckets out. And dog leads are great for hanging likits and used as stall chains.

I bought the wooden one for £10ish as I am about 17 and a half stone and needed something sturdy. These steps will carry me according to guidelines... Will let you know how I get on when I get on (if you see what I mean )
