Loan Advice

As you probably know by now I am looking for a loan home for Bernie. I have never been involved in a loan from either side so would love some advice. Mainly ....

• what are the best things to ask when/if people come and visit?
  
• is there anything i could say that is likely to put someone off?
  
• How do i let someone down if i dont think they are right?
  

Any other general advice would also be fab.

Please please please no horror stories as I am finding this hard enough as it is

We nearly went into a loan agreement with Asher (before we decided to wait and find Blue and Asher a home together) and I had a look at the BHS loan agreement - which looks good by the way - but that's as far as we got...just looking.

The only thing I'd suggest (if she doesn't mind) is to ask Ceej to have a look over any potentially legally binding stuff, what with her being a lawyer and all!!!
