Who all has one?
We never really had one, we just bought single products as we needed them but usually keep a stock of a thermometer, cotton wool and wound powder.
Was thinking I might make up a wee kit.

I wouldn't buy a ready made one but I do have my own bulging box of potions (might forget a few bits in it) Digitial thermometer & vasaline various bandages - normal and vetwrap New/clean sponges Cotton wool Gamgee Animalintex Epsom salts Iodine/hair bleach stuff (canny remember it's name!) Hoof disinfectant Savlon Arnica Hyperium and callendula cream (sp) Hibiscrub and dettol electricial tape (for bandages) Pair of thick tights (don't laugh...great for holding poltices in place!) hoofpick Various dressings (melolin etc) Masking tape...dosen't pull the hair generally when taken off so you can tape onto the legs if polticing or covering a wound etc Duck tape Barrier cream Scissors Sterile water pods Frog Supports baby wipes Hoof putty gel cells The joke is we don't own a single human piece of first aid equipment (unless you include the human stuff we have for the horses) and have to raid the horses box for ourselves! OH is currently sporting red vetwrap on his foot

Can't live without Betadine (don't know if you lot have it ) but you can use it on humans and animals. It's an antiseptic gel or liquid in various strengths, red or yellow. Also usually have some Calmagine relaxant for colic (intramuscular)

Well bay, I dont really have one either - we have done all right so far without a proper kit and look at all the health problems with Connie!
We just really bought what we needed, when we needed it.

Well my 'tack box' has no grooming stuff in it - it's too full of medical stuff! I'm not even going to try and list what's in there because I'd be here all day!
