I've noticed I sit slightly wonky. My left seatbone more is generally forward than my right, and although this only makes Faith drift slightly/halt not-quite-square, its causing her to build up more muscle on her left side than her right (obviously not good - especially since its when she uses her left side more, making her right side tight, that her pelvis is prone to going 'out').
Any ideas/tips/exercises I can do to make me more straight in the saddle?

Hi Spotti,
I had a similar problem after I had a bad fall and was a little twisted (felt uneven). I went to an osteopath and he sorted me out - maybe worth a wee try hun.

Core stability is the key to straightness and security in the saddle. Best to get some expert tuition but a "fit ball" is a must, if you can sit on one and lift both feet off the ground and keep your arms outstretched you've got it! I cannot begin to tell you how much my seat improved when I improved my core, do it and you will see results Zx
