By strange coincidence ....

Took Travers for a lesson yesterday, and extremely fit young gentleman instructor elected to explain inside & outside hip rolling, accompanied by a most accomplished demonstration of same!!

He did the shoulder stuff as well, but that wasn't anything like as effective.

Visions of you guys lined up to watch this brought on extreme fit of giggles ;D

Now now don't get excited brig, these fit boys with their solid thighs, strong backs and supple limbs are no damn use to us....most of them bat for the other side.
