Meas, one of my colleauges has this phone and has the sa,me problem - the advice from Vodafone 1) Remove battery 2 remove sim card 3) put battery back in 4) switch on 5) switch off 6) remove battery 7) put sim back in 8) put battery back in 9) put cover back on and switch on
that should reset it, but agree don't get another of those phones

Oh dear, that doesn't sound too good! I thought mine was bad but my little issues fall into insignficance compared to yours. Hope you can get it fixed/replaced soon In the mean time, pond are good places to throw phones (but not if you actually want to use them afterwards *blushes as she remembers paddling in a river and losing phone and having to chase it to catch it and then dry it out around the campfire...never worked the same again*

i would def recommend no one ever buys a moterola razor , it didnt hold the charge, and would delete photos on its own ,

I agree with samsungs!! I have one right here with me, try hitting it ? cant make it any worse right? If not it'l make you feel better ;D

MySamsung E840, has had to be sent back to them because it kept freezing... so struggling with an old motorolla at the moment. Apparently the Samsung should be home again soon... they have had it for three weeks!

If its new, put it on ebay - I put my samsung on there (nice phone, just woudlnt get reception down here?) after I used it for a week or two - I got £40 for it and it was a free one with my contract!!! Then I bought another Pebl on ebay....

ive gone through 12 phones since christmas if i done put it away in my bag my dog picks it up and puts his great big chops right through the screen its costing me a fortune and to top it of he ate my camra tis morning

virgin isnt actually that bad, i can actually get signal in my house now i am on virgin whereas any other network you cant get signal in the village!!!
i love sonys!!!!! my w810i is still going strong now but have upgraded to the w580i and love it just as much. never had a problem with em, abttery is almost as good as a nokia!
