right, i'm investing in some electric fencing before the spring rush for it. Anyone know anywhere online I can get a bargain so far i have found 200m x 40mm tape for £17.50 10 superior 4' posts for £19.99 (www.farmcareuk.com) which i think is pretty good but just thought i would ask

If you can get it I think the cord is far better than the tape. I've used both and find the cord superior but it is more expensive Zx

my mob just ran thru the cord, but the tape stopped them,
i found if you look for cattle fencing its cheaper then horse fencing ( like most things)

I prefer the tape to be honest, simply because it is a bit easier to see and it flaps in the wind (i know thats mean but it keeps bern away, he'll run it down other wise)

i shouldn't need it tbh but one woman is leaving our yard and she has lots (we all share stuff like that but she bought it) so she will obviously be taking it. Me and M are going to buy some in case we need it in the future (bern and star will gro old together so no worries about going halves with her:) )
i looked on ebay, it is a good price but paypal now takes as long as a cheque so wont get it for ages, the sites i have found are just as reasonable and do next day so will see what M thinks
