Wow! So long?! He was amazing. Nutty, but amazing. I hope his daughter remains interested in wildlife conservation because he made such a big impact while he was alive that it would be a shame for his message to be forgotten. RIP steve

Thats very sad. For all the fun people used to make of him, he seriously cared probably more than anyone else in the world about animals. I saw him on a program with a dying baby elephant and he was soo upset. RIP Steve Urwin

ok the man was insane and i didn't particularly like him but what he did for conservation is amazing and well done to him for acheiving what he did in hiis life glad his work is being carried on by his daughter

Crikey, can't believe its 2 yeras since he died. Steve Irwin may not have been loved by all in the field but he made conservation exciting and enthralling. RIP Steve you were incredible Zx
