anyone know what the weather is like in the South of France at the moment. I'm heading that direction on Wednesday for a week & am praying I don't take the rain with me!!!

here its sunny at the mo got showers forcast for monday but hot and sunny again tuesday onwards

today its been 52°c in the sun, 39°c in the shade
about 40°c is average for sunny days , but about 28°c if its wet

Still hot and sunny during the day here, bit fresher in the mornings. Unsettled weather is forecast from Thursday for a couple of days (sorry) but the forecasts do change hourly. Where are you going to be? Kate, I don't know how you take the temperature LOL but even during the Big Heatwave it only reached the mid forties (Celcius) in France! ;D  |

we got 2 weather stations, ones on the balcony, that gets full on in the sun , the other round side of house is more in shade ,

no im not at the moment was riding for the woman down the road , plan was originally to manage the gite, but not had enough bookings heres our tempreture  |

dont help when they keep saying on tv about how its all got expensive cos of strong euro, forget to mention that alot of stuff is still alot cheaper then uk

I'm going to Canadel in the Cote D'Azur Region about an hour south from Nice. Do you know what it's like? Apparently it has a riding school approx 7 miles away so I might go for a wee lesson all going well. The hubby is driving from Nice airport, so say a little prayer for us!!! I have only been to the Paris a few years back & I am really excited to see the South!!! My french leaves a lot to be desired but hey I'll give it a go ;D I think this makes my holiday when you have to try a little at the lingo. Sunglasses packed here's hoping we get a few rays!! |
