I know you can buy it as Saracen Equijewel at £3 million per bag. lol, but does anyone know if you can buy it cheaper (a generic one?) If so, what is it called, how much and does it put weight on? I have read about it on an American site, where you seem to be able to buy it in flakes or pellets.

Would that be the same as.... oh whats it called...wheat feed or something??...does it fatten them up? If so my friend uses it and she buys it from Argo feeds in penistone Barnsley...they are very helpful if you ring them and I keep seeing their lorries down here as I go up to work so may venture out your way too?

I take it back; bailey no. 1 is wheat bran altho designed for the same job. I had a skinny neddy up until recently and took part in a trial for a new Winegy feed. Its absolutely fab and now I have a non-skinny neddy. Unfortunately its not available until next year but winegy are now putting Zoon on winegy growth as its similar - give them a ring because winegy feeds are fab (and my horses feet have improved no end since he's been having it - my farrier dubbed it a miracle!)
