I rather stupidly managed to exit Sparks (unintentionally ) Now my stupid back has gone into spasm, and I'm stuck indoors. Please, please can you all send me some fun games, jokes and YouTube stuff to releave my boredom? ;

Ooh slinks I had that problem last night. Was like a combination of cramp and electric shocks in my back! Not nice at all. Kept me up til 3 in the morning. Hope its a bit better now x

i have that 24 hours a day that is what happens after a operation with complications laying down on your side tends to help and sitting on a chair at the computor makes it worse ( but sometimes sitting on a chair at the computor is a must )

(or maybe not, because OH has been poo picking field and mucking out etc) I appear to be on the mend! Today I drove for the first time since Thursday. ;D I do hope you recover quickly! if you need to borrow my OH for an hour or so, perhaps we could come to an agreement. (ideally that you kept him afterwards) ;D *heaing vibes sent to jack*

i have the op september last year i wont get any better than i am now but hey im a dam site lucker than some others that have been through the same i did get to keep the use ( well partly the use of) my legs they do say if it is just a normal back pains you have try only to rest for 24hrs and no more as you will make you back weak try to work through the pain and it will go quicker as for oh i do own one of my own who does the poo picking every day which is one thing i dont have to do any more i can just stand there and shout YOU MISSED ONE

That's a horrid thing to have to live with I will immediately quit my whinging. It's been driving me crackers not being able to ride. It must be so much worse for you. How lucky are you to have such a helpful OH ;D
