It was! until the glorious estate reduced it by almost half! it's not too bad. We are unlucky enough, to lie within the gateway of the Cotswolds, in one of the oldest forests. (it used to run straight to London) The Wychwood forest was royal hunting grounds, and neighbours Blenheim palace ;D But, as I live here I don't appreciate it at all. ;D ;D *sets off to receive her award for over selling of the area award* ;D
