We are having such weird weather for November that we are using medium rugs on the boys overnight as it is getting pretty chilly and then swapping them for fly masks during the really warm days - especially for Sam who is terribly sensitive, being a TB wuss.
What's the weather doing/what is your regime now?

It's currently quite wet but mild AJ is in his Duo 100g and Tordi is on box rest Once he can go out again though he will be naked or in a l/w in attempt to shift some weight.

South of England ours are in rain sheets at most. My yard owner really likes to err on side of caution. Her warm blood mare is a bit wussy! Pete could be naked in this for me but it keeps him clean! I whip his rugs of while I am there. Possibly going up to 100gm rug next week. But they do ive out.

Murph is wearing a lightweight (no fill) most of the time at present as he gets cold when he's wet but he often feels hot during the day with it on so it's hard to know what to do. On Mon/Tue when it was dry i took it off during the day and the bugger waited till teatime to roll so was wet and muddy when it needed to go on overnight!
Harry and Pen are naked, filthy and i can't get them dry/clean enough to ride at present as they are so hairy!

Trying to keep them hairless so stabled horses are in their medium weights. I don't change rugs overnight as outdoor rugs are perfectly fine indoors now and if they are wet the heat from the horses dries them quicker than anything. Basil is in an old medium weight with a lightweight over the top. When the temp drops later this week he will go in his heavyweight. Floss is in a m/w. Again unless its really steaming during the day I don't change the outdoor horses either.

The weather here has been weirdly mild - I was in a light jumper without a vest all weekend, and I didn't really need a coat most of the time either. Today is a bit cooler at last! The horses at Indio's yard have mostly been in medium-weights as they are all clipped...plus it keeps them a bit cleaner with all the mud around!
