I could do with another l/w rug for Tordi so I may have to check out the Shires site. Most recent purchase was yet another set of over reach boots for AJ. Nothing specific on my Xmas list xx

Tempted by another horse? Do tell Sol! Most recently bought some Saxon rugs for Sam as they were super cheap but although they do the job perfectly well, I much prefer the WBs. The T has been naughty and ordered a Micklem bridle ..... but we have also been selling unused stuff (I am ashamed of our overstuffed club-sized tack room and have got rid of quite a few bits and a couple of gogues, which I would never use now. Do need a couple of new girths though ....

I've got a couple of saxon's for same reason - they are okay on the tb's but my first one i bought for Harry, couldn't even call it a mini skirt! They do wear well though and WB quality just a lot less material in them.
Last purchase was a bridle, which didn't fit so was sold on, my xmas pressie may or may not come into fruition this weekend so i'll keep it Mum incase i jinx it!

I bought Indio a couple of winter rugs as he didn't have any heavyweights, and he needs something a bit warmer now he's clipped. The weather at his yard is always a couple of degrees lower than at my house and there's usually a cold wind in winter so he needs the extra warmth! I got them from Cozee Rugs and I'm pleased with them given they're not too pricey - they are designed with Iberian types in mind so there's plenty of room around the neck, I went one size smaller than I usually need to and they look pretty good. I also got him a fluffy girth cover as he get scurfy under his girth. And a pair of hind brushing boots to wear on the trailer as so far he's gone naked, but it's making me a bit nervous!
As for me, I got some winter breeches but I've not tried them on yet... Of course when Pocholo comes over I'll have to buy a load of stuff as I only have a lightweight turnout for him! If anyone has any WB rugs for sale in 5'9" please let me know...

I am now the proud owner of a side saddle Not convinced now it's here it's actually going to be wide enough, and if it is it requires work doing, but it's a start! Now just need it to stop peeing it down so i can attempt to scrape the 6 plus inches mud of her to try it. Got a feeling murph may wind up coming out of early retirement as it's more his width...maybe he will find his forte in life!

A side saddle HF that's fabulous, I've always fancied having a go; can't wait to see pics! My most recent purchases were Turmeric, Sole Paint, 3 extra bags of Raviera and "Greedy Feeder" net for the Tordmeister! Nothing quite as exciting as new rugs and a side saddle lol

Ooh a side saddle, how lovely. I've just bought some ultra quiet clippers, they are semi cordless, attaching to a battery pack on the belt. Subsequently both Welly and Harriet now have a bib clip.

What brand are they Brig? I am debating whether pen needs a bib clip, plus the freeze marks could do with doing, but i would need battery ones too.
I bought some woof long muck type boots on saturday, it would have been rude not to as they were reduced to a tenner in Mole. I also ordered a cover for the side saddle and won some side saddle books on ebay...then i wonder why i'm always skint!

Isn't being skint part of the joy of horse ownership? I really must get on and order those girths, now Paco is working harder he has (in my coach's words) redistributed some of his body mass. He is slimmer in the girth but bulking up in back end muscle. Wish I could say the same for me ...
