My friend with the lovely orange cob I rode at Christmas came to get me in her lorry yesterday to hack at her yard. They have miles of bridle ways. We had the sun shining the ponies were up for it and I had a decent canter in the woods. No stopping us now hopefully! Bitless too and my brakes worked just fine.

Oh I will brig. I think he is looking really well but I know the pattern now. This time of year usually is good for him. I am resting him now until Thursday when we will go for a gentle road walk. Then probably nothing until Monday. It's hard but it's so nice to be able to ride him again. I will try and do whatever it takes.

Got another nice bridleway hack coming up on Thursday weather permitting! He has had a couple of weeks off so should be fresh.
