Sorry I haven't been on much guys I've had so much on recently - work, work, work and some ponies thrown in.
Anyway to ponies. I caught Rupes up to have his wormer earlier expecting a bit of a drama as I've barely laid hands on him since Christmas. I caught him first time, I had to hold him back from scoffing his wormer which is great. I led him off to the pole to see if I could get him to walk over it, he walked over straight away, turned round and did his "aren't I clever" face. I clipped him off the rope and walked over the pole expecting him to walk round but he walked over like an old pro. He's a little star and he seems to be the sort of pony that can be left and then started again with no real difficulty which fits in great with my lifestyle. Love him! I really can't wait to get riding him because he's solid as a rock.
Savs is thoroughly enjoying her retirement, she's been helping load Billy and helping Sunshine with some spookbusting - videos to follow when I work it out! Mum's also setting up her Dancing With Horses side of the business for people who like horses but can't ride and Savs is loving working with her. As soon as the music comes on she perks up and struts her stuff, I'd never realised how spectacular she was until I saw her working from the ground, she's seriously impressive! Savs will only be a demo pony as she can be slightly unpredictable if she thinks she deserves a treat and isn't afraid of trying to intimidate people but she's great for showcasing what mum does.
The rest of the hairy gang have had the winter offor various reasons and are getting fat and hairy but in 10 days I get 10 days off work so work will resume at full speed which Billy in particular is looking forwards to getting back to work, he loves spookbusting in particular, whoever gets him is going to be very lucky indeed!
See ya soon, I'm off for a night shift!!
