Had a lovely amble round the common on pen this afternoon. It was really glorious n the sun...so much so that murph had a few hours naked...but the ground is still firmly frozen underhoof. However it really did feel like Spring is on the way finally, makes you feel a bit better after all the snow/Ice of the last few weeks. |

Very lucky with the hacking Flea and pboy...the only downside if i ever have to move is Harry has never been on a road, Murph hasn't for 10 yrs and Pen will of course go down same route rapidly! But it's not something to complain about I guess when so many people have no safe off road riding.
Weathers gone a bit damp and miserable again now rac but had ground had just about thawed out and no mistrals of course.

Well its murky and grey and dank- classic Yorkshire weather, but the horses are moulting,the doves are looking loved up, and the old man duck is chasing the young boy duck if he so much as shakes a feather, so Spring must be round the corner!
