Ive just got over the cold bug that everyone has had (last three weeks with a terrible night cough and blocked sinus). My husband now has it and he is laid up in bed. This morning I started sneezing again and now I feel terrible. Shish kebab! There's some bugs about this year.

Blimey, me too! Suddenly got a banging headache, sore throat, cough and feel like I've been hit by a bus. Jolly peeved as the weather has cheered up: sunny and relatively warm. Just feel as weak as a baby, certainly can't ride.

Not the dreaded man flu!
Hope you feel better soon - probably best to just put the hubby out of his misery before he contracts blue parrot disease as well...or is that just mine!?

Haffy that is so funny- well his flu lasted two days and sounded more like a sharp cold- lots of sneezing and snotting. He DIDNT have swollen Glands- he DIDNT have a sore throat, he DIDNT have aches and pains, he Didnt have a fever....but he had the worst flu of his life and boy did I get to hear about it! FGS Man up!

Lol! That sounds familiar... There's a brand of cold & flu meds called Man Flu now, I saw it in Boots last week when I was stocking up for my team on my way to Berlin. We were all sick last week, to the point that people refused to come into our office! I was force-feeding everyone with Vitamin C and echinacea. Something worked as everyone's healthy again this week.
